[ ] Corrections are traceable
[ ] Sensitive data is handled only by authorised people

AFTER COLLECTION
[ ] Transfer is confirmed before devices or paper move
[ ] Quality issues and resolutions are logged
[ ] Limitations accompany analysis and reporting
[ ] Lessons are reflected in the next collection cycle
