Yet many systems face educational exclusion, weak foundational learning, inadequate financing, teacher shortages, limited data use, and poor accountability.
FINOM supports partners to diagnose education challenges, generate actionable evidence, design practical interventions, strengthen monitoring and accountability systems, and improve programme delivery. The goal is not participation alone, but learning, resilience, and lifelong opportunity.

Zamfara Home-Grown School Feeding Programme
The programme was designed to increase attendance by providing free school meals as an incentive for enrolment and retention. FINOM supported it as monitoring, evaluation, and learning partner by reviewing the M&E framework, developing implementation tools, supporting stakeholder engagement, and conducting independent assessments.
